Our stunning Palm Court Bar comes fully equipped with built in wells for seamless service, beautifully lit glass shelving to display all your favorite spirits and flatscreens to share precious photos, live content your event or even promotional slides to market your brand. The Palm Court also features designer  lounges and cocktail tables with luxurious velvet barstools, allowing you to enjoy the property to the fullest, while relaxing in a luxury setting.

The Lido Deck is our 2nd level and the only level designed with beautiful hardwood flooring, perfect for dancing the night away with 100+ guests, or hosting an intimate dining experience underneath our dueling drop chandeliers for up to 70 guests.

Surrounded by astounding floor to ceiling windows, the Sky Deck has a stunning backdrop of our tropical and desert garden - perfect for hosting your ceremony, placing your high profile tables, or even better, placing your entertainment for the evening. The Sky Deck also features direct access for your vendors, allowing for easy load in and load out.

The days of renting and building out a kitchen are over. Our state of the art kitchen was custom built by the culinary masters at Critic’s Choice and features every piece of high end equipment imaginable. From our brass brick oven, to multi tiered ovens, flattop and graded grills, our Exhibition Kitchen is ready to create breathtaking menus for you and your guests to enjoy.

Promenade

Welcome to the Promenade deck, the heart of Urban Palms, featuring our 100 ft exhibition kitchen where your culinary dreams can go wild, polished concrete flooring, seamlessly lit service counters and a seated capacity of up to 150 guests. The Promenade deck is the perfect space for dining, dancing, mixing and mingling, all at the same time.

UPPER prOMENADE

The Upper Promenade Deck is the perfect space to relax and lounge before making your way up to our Lido Deck. Still connected to the main Promenade,  the Upper Promenade has accent lighting for added ambiance and enough space for dining or lounging without feeling the grandeur of the main strip.

Our 12 hr Rental Blocks are only $10K USD for Friday through Sunday. Our weekday rate, Monday through Thursday, is priced at only $6K USD. We offer daily and hourly rental rates, please contact us for rates.

All Access at Urban Palms includes venue management, suited security, and a full detailed clean before and after your event. Rentals such as tables, chairs, glassware and china are NOT included and must be rented from one of our preferred vendors.

Urban Palms features unlimited guest and vendor parking at our property, however, we do offer the option to upgrade to valet as we have a resort style entrance.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to hold your date at Urban Palms.

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for Nonprofits, churches, schools and charitable organizations of all kinds.

Things happen, we understand. Your Deposit is non-refundable, however, it can be applied to a future event that you or a friend can host at Urban Palms.

What happens if I cancel my event?

We allow you to host your event until 12AM Midnight, with all vendors off site by 2AM. Flexible load in and load out may be available for everyone's convenience.

How late can I host my event?

Can I provide my own Bar & Catering?

Once you are booked with Urban Palms, we connect you with our culinary partner to start designing your dream menu. An intimate multi-course tasting is available for all Urban Palms couples and clients.

Do you offer Tastings?

Our Culinary Partner offers paid tastings for up to 4 guests - if you absolutely love the Tasting (which we know you will) your payment is applied towards your catering total.

Can we taste before I book?

Our clients are encouraged to purchase an insurance policy or event. Vendors are also required to provide insurance in order to gain access to work at our property.
